As an experienced lawyer, Todd Elias has represented more than 1000 victims of personal injuries including defective medical devises, automobile/eighteen wheeler accidents, maritime and offshore accidents, industrial site accidents, chemical/toxic exposure cases, products liability, work related accidents, along with claims for injured railroad works under the FELA. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients via trial and / or settlement for more than a decade.
Todd is also an experienced commercial litigator representing individuals and businesses in claims involving breach of contract, non-compete agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, and debt collection services.
He is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice before all Texas state Courts. In addition, Todd is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Todd also is admitted to practice in the state of Arkansas.
